Yoga Retreats · Carlingford & Templeton
Immersive yoga sessions led by Christine in the natural landscape of Carlingford and Templeton, County Louth. Restorative and dynamic formats for all levels — drawing on the sea, mountains, and open air as part of the practice.
The Retreats
These are not studio yoga classes transported outdoors — they are retreats shaped by their environment. The Carlingford landscape, with its mountain backdrop, coastal light, and open air, becomes part of the practice itself.
Led by Christine, each retreat integrates movement, breath, and stillness in a format that meets participants where they are. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, the retreats are designed to deepen your connection with your body and the natural world.
What to Expect
Yoga sequences adapted to the group, the conditions, and the intentions of the day. Accessible for all levels, with space for depth and exploration for those who want it.
Pranayama and guided stillness woven through the session, drawing on Christine's clinical background in respiratory physiology for a grounded, purposeful approach.
The natural environment of the Carlingford coast and Templeton countryside is integral to the retreat — the landscape, light, sound, and air are all part of the practice.
The Setting
Sessions take place across two beautiful locations in County Louth — primarily in Carlingford, with some sessions held in the wider Templeton area. Both offer extraordinary natural settings that enhance the experience of practice.
Carlingford Lough, with its mountain backdrop and coastal light, provides an environment unlike any indoor studio. The practice becomes part of the place.
Led by Christine
Christine's grounding in physiotherapy gives her yoga teaching a clinical precision that is rare — a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and the nervous system that shapes how she guides practice. Sessions are safe, informed, and sensitive to individual needs.
Twenty years of physiotherapy knowledge underpins every aspect of the yoga teaching.
Adaptations and alternatives provided throughout so every participant can engage fully.
